Das Tablet hat durch die vielen Lautsprecher einen super Klang, das Bild ist top, alles läuft flüssig, es ruckelt selbst beim Spielen nur wenn die Server voll sind, alles top. Nutze es zum Zeichnen und für Spiele, bisher super. Wenn es jetzt noch eine passende 12” Tastatur gäbe, wäre es perfekt. Ich kann absolut nichts negatives sagen. Der Akku hält auch sehr lange.

Als erstes vorweg muss ich sagen, dass es in unserem Haushalt seit dem iPhone 4 sämtliche Apple-Geräte gibt und ich daher einen gewissen Qualitätsanspruch habe.
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem großen Tablet (größer als 12“), welches nicht 1300€ kostet, um Netflix und YouTube zu schauen und um während der Urlaubsfahrt die Kids etwas abzulenken.
Erster Eindruck nach dem auspacken war schon gut. Sehr schön verarbeitetes Gehäuse und schönes Design. Natürlich perfekt ist die USB-C Buchse. Hier braucht man keine Bauchschmerzen haben, wenn die Kids während dem Laden das Tablet benutzen.
Display ist auch okay von der Auflösung. Prozessorgeschwindigkeit ist total ausreichend.
Alles in allem eine perfekte Lösung für meine Zwecke.

Nach anfänglicher Freude mehr und mehr Ernüchterung.
Relativ schwer. Keine Speichererweiterung möglich, kein Kopfhöreranschluss.
Der einzige Anschluß (USB3) ist an einer Stelle, wo er mehr stört als nützt. Steht nun in der Küche für Kochrezepte.
In der Praxis letztlich nicht mehr als ein einfaches Lesegerät und dafür viel zu teuer.
Für mich ein krasser Fehlkauf.

Grund meines Kaufs: meine Katze hat mein bisheriges Lenovo-Tablet runtergeschmissen, nachdem ich es an die Tischkante gelegt habe. Beides nicht gut… Bisher hatte ich 10,5 Zoll, und weil ich meine Tageszeitung digital lese, habe ich mich für ein größeres Tablet entschieden. Im Bereich 12 Zoll ist dieses hier neben wenigen NoName-Tablets (die aber viel weniger Speicher haben) das Günstigste, auch wenn ca. 350 EUR schon eine Hausnummer ist. Gekauft habe ich es direkt beim Hersteller, wo man zum selben Preis noch ein Paar In-Ears gratis dazu bekam.
Hier mein Fazit, das eindeutig ausfällt:
(1) Pluspunkte
-Wertiges und dünnes Gehäuse
-Hammer-Sound aus vier (4!) Lautsprechern – hier brauchen Sie keine Bluetooth-Soundbox mehr. Sound ist nicht nur sehr laut, sondern auch noch klar und akzentuiert hörbar
-Das Display finde ich klasse, brillante Farben, sehr feine Auflösung und gut bedienbarer Touch, auch in den Ecken (in einem Test wurde bemängelt, dass die Auflösung noch feiner sein könnte – finde ich überhaupt nicht)
-Extrem lange Akkulaufzeit. Diese kann noch verlängert werden, indem man die Funktion “Geplantes Aus- und Einschalten” aktiviert. Da ich beim Schlafen üblicherweise kein Tablet benutze, fährt es zu der von mir festgelegten Zeit runter und ist morgens wieder startbereit. So hält es locker einige Tage
-Software ist tatsächlich Android 12, nach Einrichtung kam auch ein Update auf das Honor-eigene UI6.x
-Installieren aller Apps wie gewohnt über den Google Play Store
-Super-Charge-Netzteil und Kabel beiliegend
(2) Neutral
-Trotz Kritik in einem Test finde ich die Geschwindigkeit gut, gehört eigentlich daher unter Positiv.
-Preis ist schon etwas höher, liegt das an der Größe? Vergleichbare 11-Zoll-Tablets bekommt man locker 100 EUR günstiger
-Über Farbe kann man streiten, das dunklere Blau ist nicht meine Lieblingsfarbe. Da ich aber eine Hülle benutze, stört mich das nicht
-Aktuell findet man noch kaum Zubehör in Form von Hüllen und Schutzfolien. Das wird sich sicherlich irgendwann ändern.
(3) Weniger gute Punkte
-Kamera ist grottig. Auch wenn ich sie nicht brauche, sie macht untreue Farben und scharfstellen ist auch nicht ihre Stärke. Zum Glück nutze ich sie nicht. Ehrenrettung: ich kenne kein Tablet mit ordentlicher Kamera.
-Sonst fällt mir zum Glück nichts auf
Da die Pluspunkte klar überwiegen, vergebe ich 5 Sterne und kann das Tablet guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Hands off anyone who wants to use the device as a “family tablet.” I wanted to set up 1 parent account (Google account) and two child accounts (Google Family Link) on the device. => What I have in writing from Honor Support doesn’t work. Multiple accounts are generally not supported on this device!

Reason for my purchase: My cat threw off my previous Lenovo tablet after I placed it on the edge of the table. Both are not good… I’ve had 10.5 inches so far, and because I read my daily newspaper digitally, I’ve opted for a larger tablet. In the 12-inch range, this is the cheapest in addition to a few NoName tablets (which have much less memory), even if around 350 EUR is already a house number. I bought it directly from the manufacturer, where they got a pair of in-ears for free at the same price.
Here is my conclusion, which is clear:
(1) Plus points
– High-quality and thin housing
– Hammer sound from four (4!) Speakers – you no longer need a Bluetooth sound box here. Sound is not only very loud, but can also be heard clearly and accentuated
– I find the display great, brilliant colors, very fine resolution and easy-to-use touch, even in the corners (in a test it was criticized that the resolution could be even finer – I don’t think so at all)
-Extremely long battery life. This can be extended even further by activating the “Scheduled switching off and on” function. Since I don’t usually use a tablet when I sleep, it shuts down at the time I set and is ready to start again in the morning. That’s how it lasts a few days
– software is actually Android 12, after setup, there was also an update to Honor’s own Ui6.x
– Installing all apps as usual via the Google Play Store
– Super Charge power supply and cable included
(2) Neutral
– Despite criticism in a test, I think the speed is good That’s why it actually belongs under positive.
-Price is a bit higher, is that due to the size? Comparable 11-inch tablets are easily 100 EUR cheaper
– You can argue about color, the darker blue is not my favorite color. But since I’m using a case, that doesn’t bother me
– there are currently hardly any accessories in the form of cases and protective films. That will certainly change at some point.
(3) Less good points
— camera is gruesome. Even though I don’t need it, it makes unfaithful colors and focusing isn’t its strong point either. Luckily I’m not using them. Saving honor: I don’t know any tablet with a decent camera.
-Fortunately, I don’t notice anything else.
Since the plus points clearly outweigh them, I give it 5 stars and can recommend the tablet in good conscience.

The tablet is a no-brainer for this price. The speakers are just great. Even Apple can cut a slice of that. Chip not the fastest but completely sufficient. Top display. Camera not particularly, but I’m not interested. Top class for watching movies. Especially the world-class loudspeakers for this price.

The device has a very good picture quality and loads the corresponding pages very quickly. It is very thin and therefore very light. This is very pleasant, especially when you want to quickly do a few shopping on the sofa. I had to make some adjustments to the service at the beginning, but it’s quick. What bothers me a bit is that my device automatically lowers the brightness. But it’s certainly just a matter of attitude.
